Ask your child to list five qualities that they like about themselves. It’s important to allow them to come up with the answers, and provide guidance when necessary. (I completed this for my toddler, read it back to her, and let her color as much as she wanted.)
This is a great idea for a poster in your child’s bedroom or workspace. Seeing positive messages can help give them the encouragement they need. (Once again, this sheet was colored by a toddler.)
